Artist's Comments

So for a first time, shooting a model, I am very happy with the results. 1311 photos and I managed 23 edits.

Model: ~AshleyPete
Collection: [link]

I learned a lot yesterday... the managing of fingers, hands, arms, feet, lines crossing the subject in the background... all stuff that I have heard about here on DA... but now that I have seen it in post process, and realize how it can break a image, the next shoot should go much better.

Really wish her front foot was blocked by the weeds, but I love this one, and just have to deal.

This is great man, you can sort of tell that its an ecercise because of the random cut shapes, but it seems like you allready figured it out, n if this is your first shoot like that i think you will learn alot.
Keep bradening your perspective n dabble in different stuff though because what you let your mind cinsume n what you stylishly like I think also sort of tells alot of where you will go. Thats not a comment on this pic in particular just a comment based on what you wrote.
The modell is doing nice to. Like it.

I like this a lot, the way you took it and the style of the model... seems straight out of a movie. Very nice.

not staged... she was walking over from the car after an outfit change.
Thanks for all the support!

Hey Shawn! Thank you for the comment!

I was thinking Pretty Woman when I processed it, when Julia is shopping on Rodeo Dr. The shot was unscripted... she was walking back to me from a outfit change.

This was a true moment in time... she was walking back after changing outfits... although the whole day was learning exercise.

As far as broadening my perspective... have you seen my gallery? It obvious I have A.D.D. since I have dabbled in everything over this last year!

I really can't wait for the next time... I hope when we do shoot again, you catch those and let me know what you think!

Thanks for the comment!
